Cult Fun Lovin' Criminals Return to Bratislava!

Bratislava – The New York legend that has been defining its own unique, unmistakable genre for more than three decades is heading back to Slovakia. The band Fun Lovin' Criminals will perform on May 18, 2026 at the Bratislava club Majestic Music Club (MMC). The concert is organized by the agency ProMusic.

A Mix of Genres and an Unforgettable Show

Fun Lovin' Criminals were formed in New York in 1993 and immediately became one of the most distinctive acts on the music scene of the 1990s. Their work is a masterful “melting pot” of pop culture and music, effortlessly blending rock, hip-hop, funk, blues, jazz, and disco. This eclectic style has earned them unwavering fan admiration and critical respect around the world.

The band has a reputation as a group you simply have to see live. They will bring an electrifying show to Bratislava, featuring not only new songs but also the biggest hits that have defined their career:

• “Scooby Snacks” – a cult hit made famous by its use of dialogue from Quentin Tarantino films.
• “Love Unlimited” – a tribute to soul legend Barry White.

New Energy and the Seventh Album

The current lineup consists of founding member, multi-instrumentalist and producer Brian 'Fast' Leiser, drummer and producer Frank Benbini, and guitarist Naim Cortazzi.

The trio is touring at full strength as part of a worldwide tour following the release of their seventh studio album (released in August 2025). On this record, they collaborated with multiple Grammy Award-winning engineer Tim Latham. Fans can therefore look forward to a cross-section of their 30-year career, six previous albums and two EPs, complemented by fresh new material.
