PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATION

 

Preamble

 

Ticketlive PRO s.r.o., Reg. No.: 050 42 160, based at Korunní 1263/53, 120 00 Prague - Vinohrady, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 257442 (hereinafter “Ticketlive PRO”), stores and processes personal data and confidential information entrusted to it in accordance with the legal code of the Czech Republic, particularly with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended (hereafter the “Act”).

 

Ticketlive PRO stores and processes only personal data which visitors to these websites, natural persons (hereinafter “Customers”), voluntarily provide through this website. A fundamental commitment of Ticketlive PRO to them is ensuring adequate security and protection against any misuse of personal data provided.

 

Ticketlive PRO is registered as a processor of personal data with the Office for Personal Data Protection under Reg. No.: 00066198

Rules on processing of personal data and personal data protection

 

By creating an account (by registration) on this website the Customer grants voluntary consent to the processing of his personal data, especially, but not exclusively, to the processing of the name, home address, electronic address, gender and telephone number.

 

The Customer fully understands and agrees to Ticketlive PRO storing and processing the personal data for the purpose of implementation of rights and obligations related to the purchase of tickets through this website, administration, management of a user account, and creation of database of permanent and potential customers. The Customer further agrees to receive information and commercial communication through electronic means according to Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, as amended.

 

The Customer is obligated to provide his personal information (e.g. during registration, when ordering) correctly, accurately and truthfully. The Customer will promptly notify Ticketlive PRO of any changes in the processed personal data.

 

Customers' personal data will be processed for the duration of the registration of the Customer on this website, namely automatically in electronic form or manually in paper form.

 

Ticketlive PRO may entrust the processing of Customers' personal data to a third party - as a processor, on the basis of a written contract. Ticketlive PRO will not transfer Customers' personal data to third parties without prior consent from the Customer, except for transfer for the purpose of debt collection of a debt Ticketlive PRO has against the Customer. The Customer expressly agrees with the provision of his personal data to this third party.

 

In accordance with the Act, the Customer has the right to inspect the provided personal data and correct them. In accordance with Section 20 (1) of the Act, Ticketlive PRO, or a possible third person as the processor, is obliged to dispose of Customers' personal data when the purpose for which the personal data was processed, ceased, or at the request of the Customer according to Section 21 of the Act. In accordance with Section 21 of the Act the Customer has also the right to ask Ticketlive PRO, as the administrator of personal data, for clarification, and if necessary removal of detrimental situation, if he believes that his personal data is processed in breach of the Act or in conflict with the protection of his private life.

 

The Customer is entitled to withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data at any time, in writing to the electronic address info@ticketlive.cz or at the registered address of Ticketlive PRO. The Customer acknowledges that such withdrawal of consent does not apply to and does not mean withdrawal of consent granted for the purpose of sending commercial communication. This withdrawal of consent is done separately. The Customer always has the option to do so with each commercial communication, thus by e-mail/link in the commercial communication itself.
